The problem
Eatbam sold almost entirely through delivery marketplaces and the default storefront that came with their POS. Between 30% and 40% of what each order brought in went straight back out as platform commission, and none of it bought them a relationship with the customer. They were explicit about what they wanted in return: not something fancy, something that works.
What we built
A full ordering platform of the kind a serious food brand runs on its own domain. Menu and item customisation, accounts and authentication, discount coupons, a points-based loyalty programme, and a checkout short enough that people finish it. Behind it sits an admin panel their team runs day to day — menu, pricing, offers and orders — without calling us.
The result
The first month was quiet, for the obvious reason: nobody knew the site existed. We worked with them on coupon campaigns to move customers off the marketplaces and onto their own channel, and the orders followed. Within three months the commission they were no longer paying had covered what they paid us to build it. The offers they can now run without losing a cut per order, and a checkout that does not lose people halfway, keep the direct orders growing.
Let us prove it first
We started in 2025, and we know that is a fair thing to weigh up. So before money changes hands, we will build you a working demo of the thing you are actually asking for. If it convinces you, we carry on. If it doesn't, you have lost a week of our time and none of yours.
