The problem
An HVAC firm, a plumber or a cleaning agency loses work for a dull reason: the phone rings while everyone is on a job. The lead goes to whoever answers first, and the one that got missed never comes back. The same is true of the messages that arrive after hours.
What we are building
A platform of AI voice and chat agents that pick up instead. They qualify the caller, answer what they can, book the job into the calendar the business already runs on, and keep the CRM current without anyone typing it up afterwards — across HVAC, plumbing, cleaning and pest control.
Where it is now
In design. The interface and the agent architecture are being settled before production code, which is step three of how we work.
